Services: All online appointments require a credit card deposit for reservation which is applied to your scheduled service. The remaining balance may be paid in person at the time of your service using Cash, Zelle, Venmo or credit card. Deposits will be forfeited for no shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time. Rescheduling is available online for appointments scheduled more than 24 hours in advance. All services are non-refundable. 

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year within purchase. Credit may be used as face value. 

Classes/workshops: advanced payment in full is required for registration. All classes/workshops are non-refundable. Make-up options are available for students who reschedule within 48hrs. for the following fees:

group make-up class: $35/hr.

individual make-up class: $65/hr. 

Due to scheduling purposes, if you arrive late to your appointment your full length of session cannot be guaranteed. Your time is valued, and we are committed to making each experience as best as possible which is why each session remains within the reserved time to avoid overlapping appointments and wait times.

Please help us keep a sacred space for your healing by turning off your cell phone and allowing yourself this time to be distraction free. To ensure your best experience, communication is key. Please let us know how we can make you more comfortable during your session. The therapist reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Service may be terminated with any customer that does not respect the boundaries of the session. Appropriate draping will be provided for sessions that require the removal of clothing.
