Return of the Light workshop was exactly what I needed. It was wonderful to step into a warm and welcoming environment of a healing space provided that day. From gentle movements and breathwork to a sounding bath and thoughtful gift bags for attendees, it was such a rejuvenating experience. I have been attending Rosemary's workshops for years and think she is one of the best holistic practitioners in San Diego. 5 out of 5!!!

So far, I've gone to two community events here. Rosemary's energy is so gentle and powerful at the same time. This last gathering was a sound healing with acupuncture and Reiki. I highly recommend this venue for all things support work, self-care, and community.
